Your library

Your library at polaris.locker lists the apps linked to your Polaris Locker account. Sign in to see it. An app has one tile, even when you hold more than one license for it.

  • An app you bought with your account’s email appears by itself.
  • An app the developer gave you when you signed in appears by itself. Its License source says Sign-in.
  • An app you add with a license key appears after you add the key. See Add a license with a key.
  • A free app you add from Discover appears when you add it. See Get free apps from Discover.

A tile shows the app’s name and a line about your license, such as how many of its devices are in use. A colored label appears only when something needs attention, for example Expired or Device limit reached. An active license shows no colored label. See What your license status means.

The main button depends on the app. It can download the app, show its details, or say Free a device when the license is on every device it allows.

Select the app’s name to open its page. If you have only one app, its name is not a link: select License, devices and all versions instead (Details and downloads for a free app that needs no license). The page of an app with a license shows your license and your devices. When the developer has published them, it also shows downloads and release notes.

With 8 or more apps, the library adds a search box, an All filter, a sort menu and a Grid and List switch. A Needs attention filter appears while an app needs attention.

  • A license sent to another email: add that email under Sign-in methods in your account menu.
  • A Steam purchase: open the app from Steam and select Restore purchase.
  • An App Store or Google Play purchase: sign in once in the app itself.
  • A license key: select Activate license and add it.

If the app is still not there, ask the app’s developer or the store.
