Sign in to Polaris Locker

Sign in at polaris.locker with a code that Polaris Locker emails you. That is where you see your library, your devices and your account.

Before you start

Section titled “Before you start”

Use the email address you bought the app with. Licenses bought with that email can show up in your library by themselves. A new email address creates your Locker account the first time you sign in. If you bought on Steam or in a store, see Bought with a different email or on Steam?.

Sign in with an email code

  1. Go to polaris.locker.
  2. Enter your email address in Email.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. Open the email from Polaris Locker. Its subject starts with Your Polaris Locker code.
  5. On the Check your email page, type the 6-digit code. The page signs you in when you enter the last digit.

To use the link instead, select Sign in in the email. In the browser where you asked for the code, the page that opens says Sign in to Polaris Locker and Continue as your address. Select Sign in on that page. Keep the Check your email page open: it signs in too. The code and the link each work once, for 10 minutes.

A different browser shows a page that starts with Confirm sign-in, with a Confirm button. Select Confirm only if you asked for the code. It confirms the sign-in in the browser where you started, not in the one you are using. Go back to that browser. It signs in by itself.

If you didn’t ask for a code

A code you didn’t ask for means someone typed your address. They can’t sign in without the code, so ignore the email and don’t share the code. If a page asks you to Confirm a sign-in you didn’t start, don’t select it. Close the page. If you also got a Wasn’t you? email, or see changes you didn’t make, read Secure your account.

Other ways to sign in

If the page shows Continue with single sign-on, select it and sign in on the page that opens.

If the page shows Have a license key?, select it, enter the key, then sign in. The dialog to activate a license opens with your key filled in. See Activate your app.

A work or school email can take you to your organization’s sign-in instead. See Sign in with your work account.

Check it worked

Your library opens. To sign out, open the account menu and select Sign out.

Confirm it's you

For your security, sign in again to continue.

Code: step_up_required

Before some account changes, Locker asks for a sign-in from the last 5 minutes. This protects your account if someone else uses your device. It applies when you add or remove a sign-in method, and when you delete your account.

In Account, Confirm it’s you first offers these ways:

  • Use your passkey, when you have a passkey. To get a code instead, select Use an email code instead.
  • Email me a code. Enter the 6-digit code, then select Confirm.
  • Sign in again with a provider, when you have no passkey or email to use.
