Restore a purchase
If you bought something in a store, the app can ask the store for your purchases again and apply them. Use Restore purchase in the app.
Important
Restore purchase appears only in apps and stores that support it. It works with the App Store, Google Play and Steam.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Use the store account you bought with. The app can restore only the purchases that store account holds.

Section titled “Restore in the app”- Open the app.
- On the welcome screen, or on the screen that says to get the app from a store, select Restore purchase. Some apps say Restore purchases.

If your library doesn’t show the app
Section titled “If your library doesn’t show the app”Your library at polaris.locker lists an app once a license for it is linked to your account. If you bought in a store and the app is missing, look under Missing a license? in your library.
- Steam: open the app from Steam and select Restore purchase. Adding Steam under Sign-in methods doesn’t bring Steam purchases into your library. If that doesn’t work, ask the app’s developer. See Get help with an app.
- App Store or Google Play: sign in once in the app itself, then check your library again.
If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”- If nothing is restored, check that you’re signed in to the store with the account you bought with.
- A store purchase links to only one license. Sign in the same way you did the first time. If you used a license key, enter that same key.
- A purchase the store has refunded can’t be restored unless the store reverses the refund. See Refunds, billing and cancellations.
